Summer Leagues 2024!

Summer League 2024 is here!

As we approach our busiest time of the ultimate calendar, we want to prepare our members for some changes to league fees that will be implemented with 2024 summer leagues. In an effort to ensure a sustainable future for Cincinnati Ultimate, there will be increases in league fees (ranging from $10-20). We will still offer the tiered pricing structure in an effort to reduce barriers to entry where possible. This is not a decision that we take lightly, and we appreciate your understanding. Below is a snippet of the leagues we will be offering this summer. Most of these leagues start the first week of June and run through the first full week of August, with the end-of-season tournament being held on August 10, 2024.

Monday North Summer League
Played at Lebanon Sports Complex
Monday, June 3 - August 5, runs 6:30-8:30pm

This league is for individuals - sign up alone or with a friend and the league directors will create teams. The goal of this league will be to play in a 4:3 ratio (4 men-matching players to 3 women-matching players). It may end up being 5:2 depending on registration numbers.

Tuesday Intermediate Team League
Played at Clear Creek Soccer Park
Tuesday, June 4 - August 6, runs 6:30-8:30pm

This is a "bring your own team" league for intermediate players! In order to play in this league, your team must have at least 5 women-matching and 5 men-matching players on your team. To submit a team, captains should email landerson@cincinnatultimate.org with their team request and team name. Players will register in the system individually through their login (pay, complete waivers, etc.) and can select the team in their registration.

Wednesday Beginner Team League
Played at Clear Creek Soccer Park
Wednesday, June 5 - August 7, runs 6:30-8:30pm

This is a "bring your own team" league for beginner players! In order to play in this league, your team must have at least 5 women-matching and 5 men-matching players on your team. To submit a team, captains should email landerson@cincinnatultimate.org with their team request and team name. Players will register in the system individually through their login (pay, complete waivers, etc.) and can select the team in their registration.

NEW in 2024: Thursday Masters League
Location TBD, but likely at Clear Creek Park
Thursdays, June 6 - August 8, runs 6:30-8:30pm

This is a NEW league for Masters-eligible players: 33 and up for men-matching, 30 and up for women-matching (you must be this age by the end of 2024 to qualify for this age group). This league is open to all levels of play, though most Masters age players will be on the more experienced side of things. That being said, new players are welcome to join as it's an inclusive and fun group of people.

Players will sign up as individuals and either team captains or league directors will create teams. We intend to play 4:3, but may play 5:2 or less depending on registration numbers.

NEW in 2024: Thursday Individual League
Location TBD, but likely at Clear Creek Park
Thursdays, June 6 - August 8, runs 6:30-8:30pm

This is another NEW league designed to provide an extra day for folks to play OR for those who are not joining a Tuesday or Wednesday team. Players of all skill levels are welcome and will sign up as individuals and a league director will create teams. This league will run 8 weeks and not play in the end-of-season tournament, though players are invited to sub for other teams as needed.
