Greetings! Our Annual Summer League will be played on Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:45PM (or dusk), at Oak Grove Park in Centerville (see park map below). League will run from June 13 - August 8. **IMPORTANT: the July 4 weeek of league will be on TUESDAY JULY 2. This is the only week the schedule is changed.** All requests for pairings need to be noted in the registration process. We do our best to honor pairing requests, but cannot guarantee them. Pairings must be requested by all parties. 

All payments must be collected online before the first games. We will no longer be allowing players to not pay before leagues start as our registration now requires payments to complete registration. 

The first week will be a "hat tournament" style of play. Captains will be evaluating players and then draft respective teams prior to the second week of league. The last week will be the "playoffs" and will determine the winning team. 

We are currently still evaluating options for a session tournament. The projected date for this "tournament" would be on Saturday 8/3. It would consist of 2 or 3 games, played back-to-back. Start time would be in the morning (9 or 10ish) and run until early afternoon (2ish). Please confirm on the registration questions if you would be interested in this. This is still TBD depending on interest, as we've struggled in the past for numbers. 

Cost for playing inlcudes a team shirt, 9 (possibly 10) days of play, and an end-of-season pizza party!

League/Game Format:

• Gender ratio will be dependent on registration. We hope to have at least a 5:2 ratio, ideally 4:3.
• Teams will play one, 1.5 hour game each week, capped at 8:45PM. End of games/halftime will be called by league director(s). 
• 1 timeout per team per half, with a floater.
• You will receive your team assignment and final schedule AFTER captain's draft teams and before the second week of league. 
• The format is subject to change depending on the actual number of registrants.
• We will play through wind and rain, but will delay/cancel for lightning. If there is a cancellation or delay an email will be sent no later than 5:30 PM. 

Age Requirement: 

18 years of age or older by the first night of league play.
**Exceptions to this rule will be allowed for players under 18 if they are playing with their parent/guardian on the same team.**

Cost Details:
$80 (standard fee)
Lower tier: $70
Higher tier: $90

Cincinnati Ultimate has adjusted to a 3-tier payment structure. The 2nd tier (in this case, $80) is the basic league fee. The 3rd tier is available for any participant who wishes to contribute extra funds to support those who are unable to pay the full fee. The 1st fee is available for anyone who needs a smaller fee for their own financial needs.

Your league fee covers the following:
- 9 or 10 weeks of summer league games
- Team jersey
- Disc (if you are a new participant in our leagues)
- An end-of-summer tournament, complete with a pizza party

End Of Session Party:

We will be having a pizza party at the end of the session! This will include, pizza, drinks, chips, and more! Further details to come near the end of the league.
