Description

This is a great opportunity for 9-12th graders to train with a 2022 Nationals team that finished #12 in the Country.  Expect a few YCC coaches to watch training.  Payers will learn from the top Ultimate Athletes in the Tri-State area as you get ready for High School Tournaments and YCC Try-outs.

Omen players represent Cincinnati, Mason, Lebanon, Columbus, Lexington, Indianapolis and more.

8:30-9am: Arrive, sign-in, personal stretching/throwing

9am-noon: Ultimate drills and fitness

12-1pm: Lunch (not included), bring your own lunch.  Working option to have an order form at arrival and pick up a sandwich (Looking at $10 options)

1-4pm: scrimmage with Omen players

Bring $40 cash/check made out to Kyle Romard.  Do not pay on-line.
