This registration page is for APPROVED subs for our 2021 summer leagues on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday ONLY. 

If you have not been instructed and approved to fill out this registration, please reach out to landerson@cincinnatiultimate.org first. Please note that it is very uncommon to need male subs, but we are always in need of women subs are there are fewer of them on rosters. 

The cost to be a sub is $5 (free for women players), which you may leave unpaid online until you actually sub in a game. 

Please note that we are requiring all participants in the 2021 summer league to be fully vaccinated.
