SCINNY 2023

Welcome to SCINNY 2023!

June 17-18 at Clear Creek in Cincinnati, OH

SCINNY 2023 is a long-standing tournament in the Cincinnati area providing USAU-sanctioned competition for regional teams to participate. We use this event as a fundraiser for our local YCC teams Flying Pig (U20 boys), Bullseye (U20 girls), and Flying Piglet (U17 boys) to assist them financially as they travel to the YCC Championships, this year in Aurora, Colorado. 

This year, we are adding a youth division! We're excited to offer more regional opportunities for our youth club and youth teams. 

Bid Fee Info:

We will take bid entries up until June 2. If your team is interested past that point, please still reach out to the TD as there may be room for additional teams. Many times TD's have other teams on hold in order to set up nice formats for scheduling. 

USAU Sanctioned Club Divisions:
Early Bird Fee*: $400
Regular Fee: $450

U20 Divisions: 
Early Bird Fee*: $200
Regular Fee: $250

U17 Divisions:
Early Bird Fee*: $50
Regular Fee: $100

*Early Bird Fee of $50 off is granted to anyone getting their bid fee in before EOD Friday, May 12th. Anything after that will be the regular bid fee.  

What We'll Provide:

• High-quality grass fields, with close access to parking, restrooms, water stations, and snacks at tournament central.
• Bagels, fruit, granola bars, fruit snacks, chips/crackers, and more. 
• Medical trainer on site for the whole event.
• A cookout for all players after games on Saturday: 
  • hot dogs, burgers, & meat-less options
  • sides like coleslaw, veggies, etc
  • cookies & chips
• A certified tournament director and a host of local volunteers making this a great event

A few policies to be aware of:  

• In the event of rain, storms, or extreme heat/humidity, we will always lean towards protecting the players' safety and the fields that we are renting. This may involve moving fields, delaying or rescheduling rounds, combining the event into 1-day, or canceling the event altogether.
  • n the event of severe tournament adjustments, we will be fully communicative and try to give as much advance notice as we can. Please be aware that the full bid fee may not be able to be fully refunded as there are still costs we will have to incur to prepare for the event with food purchasing, field rentals, etc.
